The Secret of Thoughts by Seungho Kim

CEO Kim Seung-ho, who started with nothing and built a business worth 400 billion won, tells us to imagine, write, and shout 100 times a day for 100 days. Words have power the moment they become sounds and come out of the mouth. Chapter 1 of [John’s Gospel] explains this principle well. Words are power. The moment a sound defines its form and meaning through language and is delivered to someone or my words are heard in my ears, those words have power. That force refers to actual physical force. These words appear to us through someone's thoughts. And when it is visible to us in writing, it shows its power every time we see it. The best way to amplify the power of words every time is to put them in writing. People who believe in the power of writing make their own wishes into patterns and carry them around, calling them amulets. Although the superstitious elements of the amulet are exaggerated, the words 'Seoul National University Admission' written on the head of the desk are not much different from the amulet.  I am a person who believes in the power of words. I believe that once you say something, its power will not disappear until you forget it. And in order to give power to those words and to keep that power from disappearing, write them in a frame and hang them, or create an appropriate image and make a poster and hang it. That's the first thing I do to achieve my new personal or company goals. I've achieved countless goals that way, every time.

Imagine, write, and shout 100 times a day for 100 days.

In other words, to summarize,
  1. 100 times a day, 100 days.
  2. Imagine, write, and shout.
  3. Create an image and turn it into a poster.

How to make a good dream a reality (working title: Red Fox Capture Operation)

  1. First, I sit down at my bookshelf and search for photos on the Internet.
  2. I am looking for a photo of a fox, a photo of four men standing in front of a small wooden box in a pose as if they are about to swing a stick.
  3. It is produced to look like a movie poster.
  4. The title ‘Red Fox Capture Operation’ is included, and the words ‘Best Picture’ and a bay leaf are also included.
  5. Director, screenplay, direction, lead actor, etc. are entered arbitrarily.
  6. It's a movie poster.

I printed a poster and put it on every office door. Then, I started doing what I have always done whenever I wanted to succeed at something. I've done this only four times in my life and it was all a great success, so I had no doubts that this fifth time would be a great success as well.

It was to mutter what I wanted to achieve 100 times a day for 100 days. My goals were clear and specific. The goal was to have 300 stores across the U.S. with sales of $1 million a week, or $50 million a year. I also set the goal of operating about 50 premium stores that were already in operation among the company's stores. We've only just gotten our hands on one such store, so why not?

What am I doing 100 times a day, 100 days for my business? Are my goals clear and specific? What methods do I have to make my good dreams a reality? I need to find an answer to this question. A sentence like a talisman. I decided to ‘earn 5 million won per month’.
